  The staff were very nice and considerate towards our group. Very nice location and views of the Smokies. Only downside was the charge per time we were locked out of our room. Still reccomended.

  It is exactly what a family needs to have a fun stay. Affordable at under $90 a night, clean, safe and close to everything. There's a hotel restaurant if you have little ones who go to bed early and mom or dad need a beer. The people at the front desk were very helpful and aimed to please. The views were great of the mountains and the river. Being 1 street back from the main drag was nice too as far as privacy!
