  What horrible customer service my family and I experienced. The employees were rude and acted annoyed that we were ordering coffees, muffins, and bagels for our family of five. To the employee with a beard and Nintendo 64 shirt on: You are very immature acting. If you don't like your job-- go get another. Standing in the backroom, breathing heavy, complaining about how tired you are, all while frustrated to have to be doing your job is ridiculous. We will never stop by again and will also make sure that our friends and family do not either. For your prices, one would think customer service would be an important part of your business. So sorry, we hate to have been an inconvenience in your day!

  I had the white chocolate hot cocoa and it was amazing. My daughter had the dark chocolate and it was OK, not something I'd drink.

  Was in last Friday around 2p.m. There seemed to be only one person working and while she was friendly, she took several orders before making all the drinks at once and that caused it to take over 15 minutes to get our drinks. However, the drinks were outstanding and worth the wait. I'm not usually a fan of the overly sweet iced drinks, but I had the blackberry truffle blended drink and it was heaven!
